The specification includes insulation, double glazed doors and windows and the interior is lined ready for the decorative finish of your choice. If you wish to divide the internal space up into one or more rooms, Warwick Buildings can install partition walls and doors for you.
The display building has been divided up to create a living room, kitchen and bedroom with ensuite. Showcasing how a stylish self-contained home can be created in a garden room building. Warwick Buildings have created a ‘pick list’ so you can source the items used in the display garden room and lists their prices.
This range of insulated garden rooms starts at £15,000 including VAT and delivery. The price is obviously dependent on the size of building you choose and how you decide to divide the internal space up. There are so many used for this type of building, such as a self-contained granny annexe, home gym with shower room or for earning an income as a Shed & Breakfast.
