My Ecospace have sent through details of their low maintenance garden rooms and offices.
Built on a structural insulated panel (SIP’s) core for speed of construction and thermal performance, the My Ecospace range has been designed to require little on going maintenance.
To achieve this the building is clad in Kestrel PVC-UE cladding, this has a grain and the colouring of timber but with none of the ongoing work! The cladding coupled with UPVC doors and windows and a rubber roof membrane mean it we need little attention.
Internally the room has a suspended ceiling which features acoustic tiles and the walls are a wipe clean panel finish.
Interestingly the My Ecospace literature states that the offices are supplied with furniture so you can move in and start work straight away.
