Over the last few years, we have featured several garden room buildings that incorporate a secret storage shed. Normally the main room and storage shed sit side by side, but another option, particularly if you have a long garden is to hide a storage shed behind the garden room building.
Garden Fortress have recently completed a great example of this layout in North London. When you view the building from the front, all you can see is the 5.5m x 4.5m contemporary style garden room. Tucked away around the back of the building, though, sits a 2m x 1.5m storage shed. This is a very discreet way of incorporating valuable storage into a garden room project.
This bespoke garden room design also features a canopy roof along the front elevation which has exterior grade LED downlights fitted, which will create a nice curtain of light across the building.
A large multi-level deck has been created to overcome the sloping garden leading to the room. This deck will increase the already ample living space in the garden room when the French doors are flung open.
A light and airy room has been created thanks to the modern plastered and decorated interior, that has been coupled with two floor to ceiling glazed panels and an opening narrow window on the front elevation.
Garden Fortress built this large garden room with secret storage area in just 15 days on site.
