Garden Affairs have recently completed this granny annexe building which sits on a footprint of 7.5 meters wide by 4 meters deep. This creates 30 square meters of living space.
The building is constructed on a traditional post and beam system. This system has been used in timber frame construction for hundreds of years and provides a very sturdy construction. The building has been designed so that it comes in at 2.5 meters high.
The annexe is insulated throughout and features double glazing in the doors and windows. The customer chose bespoke doors and windows which were factory painted in white before installation.
This project came in a £21,000. This price includes installation but does not include any services.
