Executive Garden Rooms have recently completed this delightful artists studio for a customer in East Budleigh.

A practical garden room, with a contemporary feel has been designed and built for a local artist to use as a painting studio.
This room has an external size of 6m x 3.4m, it has two Velux roof lights that let in lots of natural light.
Integrated shelving was fitted at one end to create a useful office area.
It is clad with Cedral Weatherboard, which is sympathetic to the surroundings and is favoured by building control due to its good fire ratings, this is especially advantageous when building close to a neighbours boundary. Cedral board retains its colour and doesn’t fade.
Build time 3 weeks.

Summary
From beginning to end the whole project ran like clockwork, keeping to a planned daily work schedule, come rain or wind.
After just a day or two I relaxed in the knowledge that we were in very hardworking, capable hands. Ben masterminds the whole operation and has a highly skilled team. The work has been completed to a very high standard.
We live in a small courtyard development, accessed through an archway into a shared space. Ben took the trouble to liaise with neighbours and to ensure that deliveries did not inconvenience them. Alison is an amazing administrator and was so helpful even down to choosing every last detail. They both have a wonderful ’can do’ attitude. I cannot praise or thank them enough. I am delighted with my painting studio.
