Swift Garden Rooms tell us about a recent garden office they designed and built.

Everyone at Swift appreciates how important it is to have a Swift office space which really works for us, so we can deliver the very best to our valued clients. Our recent client Mark Richardson wanted a practical Garden Room Office which sits proudly at the bottom of his garden and makes the very best use of a dis-used corner. He wanted separation from the daily busy-ness of family life so he could continue to work successfully at times that suited him. He also wanted best value and a good return on his investment.
Following chats on the phone with Mark and a site survey to enable Swift Director, Martin to really get to grips with how we would exceed his expectations, Swift were given the go ahead. In no time at all Mark is now established in his new work space and is a very happy man! Here is his feedback on our performance whilst creating a Swift Garden Office for him and a room which the family could enjoy outside work time….
We were genuinely amazed at how efficiently all our emails were answered and replied to. Many were replied by return and even when we sent one late at 10pm we had a reply waiting for us at 7am in the morning. I don’t think Swift ever sleep……..genuinely amazing.
The Swift team were always prompt, arriving early at 8am. They were neat and tidy throughout, and even though it rained considerably during the build they never made a mess. One nice touch was covering our grass up with plywood panels so that the grass didn’t turn into a mud bath. Well done Swift!
The final build has exceeded all our expectations. The finished article looks even better than the illustrations provided, and the warmth of the room has to be felt to be believed! (I don’t think we’ll ever need the heater as it’s that well insulated). The team at Swift were second to none, and our finished room is just perfect for our family.
I have already recommended Swift to a friend of mine, and will continue to do so. I cannot genuinely think of an area that Swift need to improve on.
It is genuinely refreshing to find a company who cares about their customers. We were never rushed into making a decision and the Swift team helped us make informed choice all along the way. Further to this we really wanted a company just to look after us and make our dream happen (not being technically minded), and they did this to aplomb, sorting out any ‘niggly’ details themselves, and letting us relax. Our finished article is beautiful. Constructed in only a week from start to finish, the size is perfect, the location in the garden is perfect and the quality is superb. I would highly recommend Martin and his Swift team to any potential customer. I can honestly say that the product you will receive will justify your investment. This isn’t just a garden room, it’s is the best room in our house!
