High-end garden room designers Crown Pavilions have launched four new, affordable ranges of garden room building. We are taken with the Crown Eton Range which starts at £12,245 inc VAT for a 3m x 3m building.
Crown Pavilions tell us that they have created the most robust and structurally sound garden room on the market in this price band. Having explored Crown Pavilions Cedar garden rooms and seen their attention to detail, we have high hopes for the Crown Eton.
The Crown Eton range is clad in European Redwood timbers. This is a durable and attractive timber that resists warping. It can be left natural, so it weathers to a silver grey, or you can ask the Crown team to apply a stain or opaque paint finish. They offer a palette of different colours.
Crown Pavilions machine their cladding with a custom profile, which makes their finish different to the competition. A secret nailing technique is used so there are no visible fixings.
The Crown Eton garden room is fully insulated. The floor features 90mm of Celotex insulation, the walls 40mm and the roof which is formed using a steel insulated panel features 100mm of insulation.
The doors and windows are uPVC and available in three finishes: graphite, white and oak. Mix these finishes with the palette of paints and stains, and you can create your own finish.
The Crown Eton range comes in six sizes, the smallest of which is 3m x 3m which costs £12,245 including VAT. The largest building in the range is 7m x 4m. Intestingly, three of the six sizes, includes a storage area. This has become a popular option for buyers, incorporating two uses under one roof. If this is something that interests you, take a look at Design 4, the 6m x 3.5m garden room with a store that costs £18,600 inc VAT.
