People buy garden rooms for many different uses. Sanctum Garden Studios recently built one of the Hampton buildings for a music teacher. Jess, the customer, approached the Sanctum team in June and was eager to have her new studio up and running in August. Because of the quick onsite build times of the Hampton range, Sanctum Garden Studios were able to fulfil her request.
The Hampton range comes in two standard sizes 2.4m x 2.4m and 3m x 2.4m. Jess opted for the smaller size in the grey finish. This building starts at a very attractive £5,495 plus delivery. The standard specification is very good for this low price point, but the Sanctum team offer options to personalise the design. Jess opted for the outside light option which costs an additional £90. An outside light is a great choice, particularly as the nights drawing as they are at the moment.
Despite the small footprint of her studio, Jess has managed to fit in a piano, and there is enough space for pupil and teacher to move around freely. Jess sent through this comment about her new ‘music box’:
“I’m all moved in to The Music Box. We had an grand opening with my friends last night (an excuse to pop a bottle of bubbles) and I taught my first lesson in it yesterday. I could not be happier with my studio,. It provides me with a small but perfectly formed teaching room. With the large window it is light and surprisingly spacious. From initial enquiries to installation I can not fault you and the team. The guys who delivered and fitted the studio were brilliant. They were efficient and clean and had the studio installed in a matter of hours rather than days. Having installed the studio it has had the added benefit of improving our house without having to do an extension. My previous teaching room becomes a second living room for our kids to hang out in as they grow up. It’s a win win situation all around. I have already recommended you to friends and I will continue to sing (literally) your praises to anyone who will listen.”
