We’ve written a couple of times about ten luxury holiday pod buildings that Building With Frames was commissioned to build in Cornwall. The pods are now complete, and we can share with you pictures of the interiors.
Building With Frames was commissioned to supply both the building and fit out the interior too. For their clients, this meant that once the pods were in place and connected to the services, they would be ready to let within days – meaning a quick return on their investment.
Building With Frames are specialists in this type of off-site construction. Manufacturing buildings of all sizes from their Cornish workshops. They are then delivered to the site by lorry and craned into position. The on-site installation process taking hours, compared to the weeks building each pod would take if built from scratch on-site.
Off-site construction ensures a high-spec finish
The speed of installation is the most widely known benefit of off-site construction. Another key benefit is that because the buildings are built in factory conditions they can be completed in optimal conditions, for a high-quality finish. With access to specialist members of the team such as plumbers and decorators who would otherwise not be available on-site.
As we can see from these photos, Building With Frames has finished the interior of these holiday pods to a high standard. Each pod has a well-equipped kitchen area. A fully functional shower room and a stylish open plan living and sleeping area.
