Take a tour around two, 2-bedroom garden annexes by Homelodge. The videos clearly show how a modern, well-equipped home can be created in the garden. Cleverly, the aerial shots show how an annexe can fit into a well established garden, even smaller ones.
This archive of articles looks at the work of Homelodge a long-standing name in the garden room and granny annexe industry. It has been a while since we wrote about one of their builds, but these articles are still a useful introduction to their work.
Homelodge have recently updated their video collection with videos which both showcase their buildings and features interviews with their customers.
Homelodge are known within the industry for their garden rooms that can be used as self contained living annexes, maybe for guests or elderly relatives, and these photos show how substantial the buildings are and what versatile living spaces can be created – they really are homes in the garden!
Homelodge are one of the longest established garden room companies, they particularly have a reputation for building quality garden living annexes, for use as granny annexes, guest accommodation etc.
Did you miss Homelodge on My Flat Pack Home? Well these videos are worth a watch!
We have just spotted these videos by Homelodge on YouTube, both garden room builds are taken from the My Flat Pack Home television series.
One video showcases a Homelodge garden room used as a library the other is used as a garden office, both sets of owners explain how a Homelodge garden room is a more cost effective and stress free option than a traditional extension.

We reported a few weeks ago that Homelodge was launching its new range of garden rooms at Grand Designs Live, and we are pleased to announce that it met with popular approval from the Garden Designs visitors.
As we can see from these photos taken at Grand Designs Live it’s a striking garden room, furnished to show that garden rooms are ‘proper’ rooms not just glorified sheds or summerhouses!

Homelodge are one of the original garden room companies, in fact they are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year and it is exciting to see how they continue to develop their garden room ranges.
Over the years Homelodge have developed a tried and tested building method which has attained Building Regulation System Type Approval which should offer you, the customer the peace of mind that Homelodge garden rooms are built to the highest standards, standards set out for housing construction.
With its mono pitch roof the new Homelodge Studio has a contemporary feel and at a starting height of 2.5m is planning permission friendly. We believe that success is built on relationships and as such, that was an important element in determining our choice of supplier. Secondly, we believe that the product must differentiate itself. In both cases, Homelodge excelled from the very outset. From the very first enquiry, through to accepting the keys at the end, their personal touch, client focus and commitment to excellence, set them apart from their competitors. Felix’s personal engagement and commitment from the start was very important, not only in terms of helping us to identify what it was we were seeking to achieve, but equally importantly, guiding us through the planning process, the build, through to the selection of fittings and finishes. Homelodge’s contractors are equally imbued with the firm’s ethos and standards of excellence and trust. Once we had a plan and agreed a date, the ‘team’ delivered. We could not be more delighted with the finished product. The specifications, fittings and standard of finish far exceeded out expectations. Felix and his team treated our ‘project’ as if it were their own. The effect was that we felt totally engaged from the very beginning with people we could trust, both Homelodge staff and contactors. The end result is we have realized our dream of having the space we need (and more) for a fraction of the cost of a brick building. We cannot recommend Homelodge strongly enough!
Thank you Felix, Linda, Shirley and the team
