Executive Garden Rooms worked with their client to design a professional beauty room that slots into the corner of their London garden.
Executive Garden Rooms client wanted to create a self-contained beauty studio so that everything was on hand without clients having to use the facilities of the main house. The 4 meter by 4.4-meter building has a cloakroom with toilet and basin. A further basin has been installed in the main room. Toilet facilities in a garden room like this must comply with the current Building Regulations. The Executive Garden Rooms team are fully au fait with these rules as all of their garden room designs are built to comply with Building Control standards.
The light and airy interior is fully plastered and decorated. A range of fitted units has been installed to provide the owner with ample storage for towels, equipment and products.
The electrics installed in the studio include external PIR light as well as exterior grade LED downlights. Internally LED downlights have been fitted in the ceiling. The room also features a smoke alarm for peace of mind and Cat6 data cabling for easy connection to the internet.
Externally the room has been finished in Cedral weatherboarding, which is a low maintenance, Building Control compliant finish.
