Aspen Garden Rooms are a family run business, installing bespoke garden room buildings in Hampshire and Sussex. The team is led by Managing Director John, who is a civil engineer with 30 plus years of experience. John personally signs off every building before the team hand over the keys to their customer.
Each Aspen Garden Room is built around the needs and tastes of the customer. This process starts with a site survey, where John will talk you through your options, and assess your site.
Based on the conversations held during the site survey, you will be sent designs for your new room. These include realistic CGI images which will give you a clear idea of what your building will look like. You then have the opportunity to tweak the design, if required.
Once you are happy with the design and confirm your order, lead times are currently around 10 weeks. Once the installation team arrive on-site your new room will be ready to move your furniture in to, in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on size.
The Aspen Garden Rooms team handle the whole build for you from clearing the area and installing the foundations right through to the final decorations. Interestingly, we see that the Aspen team will run a CAT6 data cable between your house and the garden room. This will provide you with a reliable internet connection. Other companies generally offer this as only an optional extra.
Aspen Garden Rooms have created three ranges, but these are just the starting point, as each building is tailored around the customer's specific wishlist. Buildings are available from 2.44m x 2.44m up to 8.54m x 4.88m. Prices start at £9,999 for a 2.44m x 2.44m building.
