We have featured several examples of Sanctum Garden Studios Hampton Range over the years. The range is popular with buyers because of its low price point and quick installation. The range comes in two standard sizes, and there are a few options to personalise the design.
This personalisation normally means that buyers choose to have the door positioned in the centre or side of the front wall. Opt to add Cedar panels to the side walls and choose which wall the electrics will be positioned in.
We were, therefore, surprised to receive an email from the Sanctum team sharing with us a quirky take on the Hampton Range that they recently completed.
Sanctum’s client Shelley wanted a garden office that would maximise the views of her garden and beyond, so was taken with the glazed front wall of the Hampton Range. The thing was because of her site; she wouldn’t be able to access the office from a door on the front elevation.
The Sanctum team were able to modify their standard layout for Shelley and replaced the section where the door would normally sit with a full length fixed window. They then positioned a single glazed door on the left-hand elevation. This door opens inwards when positioned on the front wall the door opens outwards.
The side of the garden office features the Cedar panels, which contrast sharply with the dark grey doors, windows and fascias.
Shelley chose the option of an outside light, which was positioned next to the door. She also chose a light oak finish for the laminate floor.
We really like this take on the standard Hampton Range and think that Sanctum Garden Studios should add it to their options list!
