The Garden Office on TV

The benefits of investing in a Garden Office are to be explored in a new episode of Double Your House for Half the Money on Channel 4.

The show, which sees property expert Sarah Beeny help homeowners turn the most modest homes into spectacular properties with plenty of room, is back for a second series.

In episode one, viewers will follow Maidstone residents Ben and Eloise, who are struggling for room in their cramped 1960s detached home.

Not only do the couple have a baby on the way, but web business owner and salesman Ben has decided to project manage the build himself.

In order to create more space for the couple and their work requirements, one of our Garden Offices is installed.

A Garden Office is a cost effective way to create more space in the home, and with different sizes and designs on offer, they can be built to your budget. For their money, buyers will get delivery, foundations, construction and fitted electrics – with no hidden extra costs.

Not only does this quickly and easily conjure up a lovely space to work in, but it means that whoever is working in it won’t get distracted by what’s going on in the house – this will be particularly important once the baby has been born.

Viewers who want to see the benefits of a Garden Office for themselves should tune into Channel 4 on Tuesday August 20th at 8pm.

In times of austerity, consumers are all about making their money stretch further, so it is unsurprising that the popular show has recently been commissioned for a third time.

The show is packed with tips on how to dramatically increase the size of a home without breaking the bank, creating dream properties out of houses that were once less-than-exciting.

Sarah is known for giving solid practical advice, especially when overly ambitious plans challenge unrealistic budgets.
