The Studioni office range has a single pitch roof, which has a shallow decline from front to back which helps with precipitation runoff.
The studio range is another contemporary styled building with strong crisp lines, the rectangular building features bi-fold doors on the front elevation, this floor to ceiling glazing wraps around to the side elevation, and with the way its inset from the exterior edge of the wall, gives the appearance of a floating roof!
The Studioni lodge is an appealing mix of traditional and contemporary design. The lodge has a pitched roof which creates an attractive, airy feeling, vaulted ceiling. The lodge has a fully glazed, cathedral style gable end, which floods the building with natural light; the lodge is entered through French doors on the side elevation. Prices for the lodge range start at £16,849 including VAT.
Studioni buildings are built using the latest materials and techniques. All buildings sit on pile foundations, the number dependent on the size of the building. The floor is made up of pressure treated joists with 100mm of Celotex insulation, and on top of this there is a 22mm moisture resistant chipboard deck which takes the final floor covering. The walls and roof are built using 100mm SIP’s (structural insulated panel’s) which contain polyurethane insulation, this type of insulation performs better than cheaper polystyrene insulation SIP’s, the walls and roof have a typical u-value of 0.27w/m2k (the lower the u-value figure, the better performing). The exterior of Studioni buildings is finished in 18mm thick Western Red Cedar which is a durable and attractive finish. The roof on the office and studio ranges is finished in Firestone rubber EPDM, this roof covering has a guarantee of 20 years but has a life expectancy of 50 years. On the lodge range the pitched roof is tiled in Cambrian slate, all buildings have black square line PVC guttering systems.
The doors and windows on the office and lodge range have oak finish UPVC externally and white internally, whilst the studio range is finished in anthracite grey. Doors and windows have high security, multipoint locking systems and come with a 10 year manufactures guarantee. The windows and doors are glazed with toughened, Pilkington ‘K’ double glazed units.
Internally the walls and ceiling are fully plastered which gives a professional finish. All buildings are fully wired with a maximum of 6 double sockets with chrome plates, the ceiling has 4 – 12 chrome recessed downlights, and there is also an external security light. All electrics are compliant with building regulation standards.
All Studioni buildings come with a 10 year Consumer Protection Association guarantee. For added peace of mind Studioni hold BAA (British Board of Agreement) accreditation, this proves that all Studioni buildings comply with building regulations, are fire safe, energy efficient and well made.
