The Little Thatched Co have recently launched a new flat roof, oak framed garden room design.
Many people are looking for a garden room that complies with the Permitted Development rule that allows you to site a building tight to the boundaries of your garden. With this rule your building has to have an overall height of less than 2.5 meters. This new design meets this rule perfectly with a maximum height of 2.4 meters.
Whilst there are many garden rooms that comply with the Permitted Development rules, this new design by The Little Thatched Co stands out because of the use of oak and traditional carpentry techniques.
The garden room is 3.6m x 2.6m so is rectangular in shape and features a oak frame structure which is visible both internally and externally. The front elevation features floor to ceiling glazing coupled with a pair of JeldWen French doors.
The building is fully insulated and double glazed, it is also electrically wired so is ready for year round use.
Internally the room has oak effect flooring with coir rope skirting detail. The walls are painted in your choice of paint from the Fired Earth palette.
This new room has a lot of character and we are sure will be popular with people looking for a room that mixes traditional and contemporary features.
The Little Thatched Co are running a promotion on this new building until the 31 July 2015 where you can buy the building for just £8,300 plus VAT – a steal for an oak framed garden room!
