Garden Affairs tell us about their garden room design which incorporates a storage shed area:

The building can be manufactured from either 45mm, 58mm or 70mm solid timber walls and is from our premium range of log cabins. The building has a contemporary flat roof under 2.5m high to comply with current planning restrictions. For added eco-credentials, why not add a green sedum roof?

This contemporary garden office measuring in total: 3m x 5.5m is available as a self-build kit or fully installed. The building incorporates a large space for work or leisure (4m wide x 3m), with an integral shed area measuring 1.5m x 3m, allowing for plenty of storage space for bikes, lawnmower and other garden bits and bobs or as a handy space for office storage.

All timber is slow grown from Northern Europe and from sustainable sources.  The traditional wood finish can be stained or painted to suit your taste, (factory painted doors & windows in any colour are offered). The standard cabin comes with a set of very high quality double glazed double doors with 2 x double glazed fixed window panels.  A double glazed balcony door/window (inward opening or tilt/turn) can be positioned wherever suits your needs.  There is a sturdy solid door to the shed section with a fun “port hole” window. You may add or take away doors and windows, change styles of doors & windows and change layout to suit your needs.
