Recently completed in North Wales Costmill Garden Offices have installed the first of their new Avant Garde model which will be used as a therapy room for an Autistic young girl. Within the 2.5m x 3m building a specialist company is incorporating a number of sensory items such as a projector, soft walls and disco ball to make the room as stimulating and fun as possible. The room also includes an alarm and security camera linked to monitors in the house.
The Avant Garde comes with Scandinavian Redwood cladding as standard, although Cedar is also available, and a long lasting EPDM roof system as standard and is available in a number of sizes from 2m x 3m with a competitive starting price of just £6,375 plus VAT. As with all Cotsmill buildings doors and windows can be positioned to your requirements.
