Illustrators Studio

A budding illustrator was looking for a dedicated workspace away from the house and approached the Sanctum Garden Studios team to build a contemporary style garden studio.

Natural light for working was important so a sliding door set was used on the front elevation to create a wall of glazing. On the side elevation an opening full height window has been added. You will see from these images that the room is very light.

The studio is 2.4m x 3.6m so isn’t huge but comparable in size to a spare bedroom.

Artist Zoe is so pleased with her new work environment that she has written about it on her blog.

This is what she wrote to the Sanctum team:

I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying my new garden studio and thought I would send you those photos now I am all set up. Just need to sort the garden out a bit now! Absolutely love my new space, it’s perfect! Thanks for all the teams hard work.”
