Green Retreats on sloping sites

Sadly not every garden has a flat plot for a garden room to sit on, but this needn’t mean a garden room cant be built in the garden as was the case with two recent Green Retreats builds.

Raised Deck Combats A Sloping Site

Green Retreats recently built a garden room for a client in Leighton Buzzard who had a sloping garden, to overcome this Green Retreats built a 4m x 2m raised deck with steps which expands the living space of the garden room considerably.

The garden room itself is from Green Retreats Inspiration range and is quite large at 5m x 4m with a reduced hood to maximize the internal living space. The building features grey French doors with full length side panels.

The customer chose a number of upgrade options such as a large picture window, light oak laminate flooring, internal track light system, LED deck lights and an external socket for garden tool use.

This size of Inspiration garden room starts at £15,594 including VAT and includes delivery of the building within a 100 miles of the Green Retreats base.

Garden Room Built On Raised Site

Green Retreats where faced with another unusual plot when they built this Inspiration 4m x 3m garden room, this time the garden room was to be built on a raised site with brick walls. This was no problem for the Green Retreats team and the building and raised area look like they were designed as one!
