All GD Timber Design garden offices are built using FSC certified treated timber, and are available with a choice of different roof coverings from cedar shingles to sedum living roofs. Buildings are available fully finished i.e. insulated and lined internally, and wired electrically in London, West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent but GD Timber Designs are able to install garden office 1st fix shells (no insulation or internal linings etc) nationally, this gives the customer the flexibility to finish their garden office as they wish. Prices start at about £4,000 plus VAT for a small garden office built to 1st fix shell level but the final price depends on the clients choice of internal specification, the lead time for projects is 4 to 8 weeks.
