Executive Garden Rooms have recently completed this bespoke garden office with toilet facilities in Exeter.
Incorporating a toilet into a garden office building has become a very popular option. As you can see the w.c. has been discreetly sited into one corner of the office so doesn’t steel too much space from the main room.
The garden office is clad in Cedral Weatherboard which has become a popular option on Executive Garden Rooms. Cedral is popular because it gives the effect of a coloured finish but doesn’t need repainting or any maintenance. It also has a ‘0’ rating for fire which makes the cladding Building Regulation compliant – an important consideration if you are building tight to a boundary.
All Executive Garden Rooms are well specified electrically, this particular garden office features power sockets, heaters, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector, CAT6a data point, telephone point and a security alarm.
The whole project took 3 weeks on-site.
