Executive Garden Rooms were approached by their client who wanted to replace their existing conservatory with a more practical, usable room – they found that their conservatory was too cold to use in winter and then too hot to use in summer!
The new garden room extension has a footprint of 11sqm and is fully insulated for comfortable year round use – remember insulation isnt only effective in winter, it helps to keep a building cool in summer. The project cost £12,000 plus VAT and took 2-3 weeks to complete, the customer comments:
