Exciting Times At Garden Spaces

Its been a busy summer for Garden Spaces with a record number of garden room installations and a few unusual garden room projects too!

Garden Spaces have just finished this U- shaped studio in Kent. It’s almost 60 sqr mtrs internally and divided into 3 rooms all with separate climate control – a playroom, an office and a gym. Due to it’s size Garden Spaces had to comply with building regulations but the garden room did not require planning permission due to its use and proximity to boundaries. Garden Spaces had to tweak a couple of things from their standard studio build specification but it was all very minor – trickle vents to windows – that sort of thing. It’s reassuring to know officially that Garden Spaces buildings pass muster when it comes to building regs and that is a real reflection of the high quality of both the design and the materials used. Roger Hedges of Garden Spaces adds:

Naturally my client is over the moon and I’m proud to say we smashed his expectations.”

Another impressive build completed by Garden Spaces this summer was this playroom – for children and adults alike! The customer is obviously delighted:

There is always something that doesn’t quite live up to expectation or an aspect of an installation/service/follow up/workmanship/costs/timescale that could have been better. That is, until I used Garden Spaces to install my bespoke studio. Every conceivable aspect went without incident. The team were as professional as it gets, polite, courteous, friendly, with a can do attitude that is rarely seen in any industry, let alone the building trade. Their skill set was extensive with a proactive, solution based approach to every task, always ensuring that the customers’ ‘best interests’ came first. The project came in on budget, that is, there wasn’t a single unexpected cost. ‘All inclusive’ was just that! I genuinely couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They are without question the very best of the best.

Garden Spaces are planning for another record year in 2012 and will be providing the feature building in the Grand Gardens section of Grand Designs Live at ExCel next May, they are also soon to launch a new website to showcase their work.

Exciting times indeed, we look forward to seeing what Garden Spaces create in 2012!
