Aarco Garden Rooms

Aarco offer a number of garden room solutions from small offices and studios to large self contained accommodation units.

Aarco offer three different build systems – interlocking timber kits, traditional timber frames and structural insulated panels (SIP’s), and can provide garden rooms with flat roofs and pitched gable and hipped roofs.

Aarco can supply and install the Lugarde garden rooms range; they can also adapt Lugarde buildings to meet your individual needs. Lugarde garden rooms are built using interlocking timbers which create both the structure and the cladding of the garden room. Lugarde garden rooms are a cost effective way of getting a garden room and whilst the floor and roof can be insulated if you are looking for a fully insulated garden room for year round use you should consider one of Aarco’s timber frame or SIP built garden rooms.

Aarco’s traditional timber frame garden rooms are built in their Cheshire workshops; the timber frame system gives Aarco flexibility on design, insulation types and the final finish of their garden rooms.

Structural insulated panels are Aarco’s most expensive build option, but they provide a garden room with excellent thermal properties and are quick to install.

Aarco have a lot of information on their website to aid you in buying a garden room, they have some interesting case studies which breakdown the costs of buying a garden room. The Aarco website also has a detailed breakdown of the planning permission rules relating to installing a garden room.
