A garden room can fit in the tightest of spots

Only got a small area for a garden room? Well, this recent build by Sanctum Garden Studios just show that a useable space can be created in the smallest of areas.

This garden room has been sited at the side of the house, an area that might otherwise be used for a garden shed, in fact at 1.8m x 2.4m this garden room is no bigger than a garden shed, but as the picture below shows still offers enough room for a good size desk area and will be a comfortable place for one person to work away from the distractions of the main house.

A garden room was a solution to a problem

Sanctum’s clients had originally thought of building a extension to the house in this area but where turned down by the planners, so they looked at other options to gain much needed office space. A garden room proved the solution for them, here is what they have to say about the project:

We are totally delighted with our studio. We were unable to get planning permission for a side extension and needed the essential office space so looked at garden office studios. After hours of researching garden studios and making price comparisons, we found Sanctum Garden Studios. Not only are they extremely competitive in pricing but we felt that the design was the overall decision maker. They truly are beautiful structures. We needed an office for my husband to work from home, had limited space that we could allocate to the project and a tight deadline that Sam and Gary managed to squeeze us in!! (Thank you both) The whole process went very smoothly. From the initial enquiry to installation we only have praise for Sam and Gary they are a great team!”
