Plenty. It’s our client’s building not ours. They would expect us to tell them if their ideas won’t work and if that ever happens we will.
Many customers are concerned about planning permission, how can you help customers with this issue?
If planning permission is required we will manage the application free of charge.
Not every site is level, what options do you have for building your garden rooms on uneven ground?
We assess the ground conditions during our site survey and choose from a number of options at that time. Other factors may may dictate which foundation system is most appropriate.
Some customers are concerned about the ongoing maintenance of a garden room, what annual maintenance do your garden rooms require?
Very little if any.
What aftercare do you offer your customers?
The room belongs to our customer but it will always have our name on it. We have an ongoing policy of care for both our buildings and our customers.
